As business operations manager, you will lead the mobilisation and overall deployment and management of a range of services provided by Soar Beyond to the NHS, local authorities and Pharmaceutical Industry.

You will have a track record in organising different and complex internal and client-facing programmes and co-ordinating them to be delivered in the leanest and most efficient way.

This new role will act as a liaison between the Soar Beyond leadership team and the team of clinical and project personnel delivering innovative services to high standards, contract requirements and exceeding customer expectations.

This role will be ideally suited to someone with healthcare or pharmaceutical project management and/ or service deployment.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a national team of clinical pharmacists who will work within general practice on a contractual basis. Services will be delivered within their clinical competence as part of the general practice MDT.

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual who will passionately support the growth and delivery of the Soar Beyond Pharmacist-related services portfolio.

Whilst this role is currently home based, there will be a requirement to travel where on-site service delivery is required. Costs of travel and accommodation will be reimbursed in line with company policy. All equipment for remote working will be supplied.

We are looking for an experienced clinical writer who has a passion for education and development to work as part of the core Soar Beyond team of clinical writers, trainers, and mentors. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience, you will effectively support the business at a clinical and project management level, to deliver outstanding resources for others to utilise to improve outcomes for patients, the NHS and Soar Beyond.

The role is not exclusive to pharmacists.

The Associate Director of Pharmacist Services will lead and support the overall deployment and management of a range of services provided by Soar Beyond to the NHS and Pharmaceutical Industry.

Whilst ensuring high quality service delivery within contracts, your role will also include hands-on client and project delivery which will vary from project management to creating and writing materials as required.

This role will be ideally suited to a senior pharmacist in a leadership role or a senior manager leading teams and / or complex clinical delivery.
